How much will shipping cost?

We are keeping shipping costs easy and simple (well, at least we think so). All of our shipping locations, pricing and estimated delivery times as below:

Do you ship anywhere else in Europe, or to the rest of the World?

We are excited and happy to be able to say yes, we do! Please see details above.

Please note, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Neon Moon Pet Boutique Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How long will it take for my order to be processed?

We only have two pairs of hands (and may sets of paws) so it may take up to 2 days to process your order, however we do aim to process your order the same day or the following business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive another email notification.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you receive notification your order is on its way, the estimated delivery time will be displayed at check out. Your package will be sent tracked so you are able to keep an eye on your parcel. If you are based outside of the UK, the estimated delivery will be between 1 to 8 business days once your order is processed.

What should I do if my order has not arrived? 

If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 6 working days of notification it is on its way to you, or outside the UK and have not received your order within 20 days of notification, please drop us an email on hello@neonmoonpetboutique.com

Please note, we cannot be held responsible if the address you have given is incorrect. It is your responsibility to give a complete and accurate address to ensure correct delivery of the parcel is made.

What about your carbon footprint when shipping your products?

As you will see, we try to be as sustainable as possible where possible - our shipping labels and materials are all eco friendly. We use eco friendly, reduced carbon emissions courier, Evri (https://www.evri.com/environment-social-and-governance/environment).
