Refund policy

Before making any order, please check your pooch against the sizing charts. If you are in doubt, please drop us a DM or email and we will do our best to help! All our Instagram posts contain size details for each papped-pooch to assist.

What if I want to return some or all of my order?

We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after delivery, provided the item(s) are unused, in perfect condition and in its original condition. In the case of all pet products, the sticker must still be affixed for us to accept your return (unless damaged or faulty, see below).

Please process your return or exchange through via https://neon-moon-pet-boutique.myshopify.com/apps/return_prime with your order number and email or phone number, or access through your account page.

What if some or all of my order is damaged or faulty?

Firstly, we are sorry that any of our items are damaged or faulty - we do check everything before posting but we are only humans and human errors do happen!

Please process your return(s) as set out above, selecting "damaged or faulty goods' as the reasons for your return - we ask that you provide a description of the issues along with photos to assist our team in reviewing and discussing with our manufacturer if required.

When will I receive my refund? 

We will deduct shipping costs from the refund amount due to you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once your return is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. In the unlikely event we cannot accept your return, we will get in touch.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
